Unconfirmed reports reaching us at alidiakenews say the FG may soon increase the pump price of petrol from N145 to N180/litre and kerosene from N200 to N300/litre.
Inside sources at NNPC anonymously confirmed to our reporter that the newly appointed GMD, Baru is seriously lobbying the presidency to ensure the new price proposed is effected as soon as possible.
It is not yet clear why this increase in now being proposed, but it will be recalled
