This memo allegedly written by the Special Assistant to Gov. Rochas Okorocha on Northern Affairs, Honorable Faisal Lawal is currently trending on social media.
The letter which was dated 22/06/2016 has as it's subject : BREAKING RAMADAN WITH THE GOVERNOR stated that the event will hold at Nick Banquet Hall, Government House, IMO state.
Social media users have queried the the rationale behind having such office as SA, Northern Affairs in a state like Imo.
